What is GPS?
GPS stands for Grow, Pivot, and Stabilize — the three core pillars of Franne McNeal's business coaching framework.
-
Grow: Develop effective sales techniques, build a strong referral network, and implement targeted marketing campaigns that bring in real results.
-
Pivot: Identify when your business needs a change in direction and gain the strategies to make that shift with confidence.
-
Stabilize: Create consistent, reliable revenue streams and systems that allow your business to sustain growth over the long term.
The GPS system is designed for women business owners who are ready to stop guessing and start growing — with a clear roadmap to reach their goals.
The Methodology
Franne's coaching methodology is built around one core belief: every woman business owner deserves the framework, support, and strategies to create a thriving company and a better life.
Client-Focused Growth Strategies
Rather than one-size-fits-all advice, Franne tailors her guidance to where you and your business actually are — identifying the specific activities and approaches that will move the needle for you.
Proven, Action-Oriented Framework
Her framework is drawn from 35+ years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience across financial services, manufacturing, sales, and training. Every strategy is grounded in real-world application, not theory.
Results That Speak for Themselves
Franne has coached over 1,000 professionals for enhanced performance. Eighty percent of her clients acquire new business within just two months of working together.
Community + Accountability
No one grows alone. The GPS method combines individual coaching with the power of a peer community — so you're supported, held accountable, and surrounded by women who understand the journey.

Why She Does It
I have worked in settings where I wasn't 'seen' or 'heard' — doing the work, but watching others get the pay, the raise, and the recognition. Once I found my own path as an entrepreneur and started getting steady, paid projects, I realized the methods I had developed could help others like me.
So I made it my mission to help as many women as possible build strong small businesses and create a better life for themselves and their families.
